“This is the only service repair person that you need! I called Alex this morning and he was able to come later in the afternoon. Our issue was that we were smelling a burning smell on our 1 1/2 dryer (yikes, right). He took the dryer apart and found the issue right away. Somehow lint got down where the thermostat, motor and everything electrical and it made a small fire. He cleaned it all out, replaced the thermostat and tested wires and everything else. Thankfully nothing serious happened and we are back to safely doing laundry again. He will be coming back every 2 years or so to do a maintenance check, clean and whatever other repairs we need to any appliances. Thank you Alex!!”
